Not only did John and Lance sell Ruth Mitchell's home of over 30 years, they found her a wonderful townhouse in Brookhaven, owned by a fellow performer, who was moving out to Las Vegas.

John and Lance sold two of Michael Tynan's properties in no time at all! In the first of 2002, his Lavista Road property went under contract within 4 weeks, in the dead of winter and closed shortly thereafter. His primary residence on Elizabeth Ann Road, also in the Lavista Park area, went under contract in the same amount of time! This was later on, during the summer.

Jim Stabler saw all the surrounding yard signs of John and Lance Re/Max, in his Lavista Park/Emory area neighborhood, that were quickly going under contract and selling. So, he gave them a call to sell his, as well. John and Lance got the contract together, in no time at all. Jim and his partner, Tristan, have settled into their newly constructed home, in East Atlanta, thanks to John and Lance.
